Activate a Queue
There are times when you cannot answer the phone immediately.
In such cases, it is helpful if a caller can be automatically placed on hold. This creates a professional, customer-friendly impression.
One of the many extra features available to you as a CallFactory customer is the Queue. This is also one of those features we consider so important that it comes standard with a number. At CallFactory, you pay nothing extra when you use this feature.
Queue Options
When you activate your CallFactory Queue, you can determine the maximum length of the queue and what should happen to incoming calls when this maximum length is reached.
For example, you can set the maximum length in minutes or the number of waiting callers. When the maximum length is reached, you can forward calls to your Digital Voicemail or play a message.
You can change the settings of your Queue in your online My CallFactory dashboard or via our CallFactory app for your mobile phone or tablet.
